Welcome to Wonder Minds Preschool. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Wonder Minds Preschool or any of our employees
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of our services
- Use our services to transmit any advertising or promotional material without our consent
- Introduce any viruses, trojans, or other harmful material
Enrollment and Services
Enrollment in our programs is subject to availability and our enrollment policies:
- All enrollment forms must be completed accurately and truthfully
- We reserve the right to refuse or terminate enrollment at our discretion
- Parents/guardians must provide emergency contact information and medical information
- We require up-to-date immunization records as required by Malaysian law
Fees and Payment
All fees and payment terms are as follows:
- Tuition fees are due on the first day of each month
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- Registration fees are non-refundable
- We reserve the right to adjust fees with 30 days' notice
- Refund policies are outlined in our enrollment agreement
Health and Safety
We maintain strict health and safety protocols:
- Children showing symptoms of illness must be kept at home
- Parents will be contacted to pick up children who become ill during the day
- We follow all government health and safety guidelines
- Regular cleaning and sanitization protocols are maintained
- Emergency procedures are in place and staff are trained accordingly
Pickup and Drop-off
For the safety of all children:
- Only authorized individuals may pick up children
- Photo identification may be required
- Late pickup fees may apply
- We reserve the right to contact authorities if a child is not picked up
Photography and Media
We may take photographs and videos of children for educational purposes and promotional materials. Parents will be asked to sign a media consent form during enrollment. You may opt out at any time by notifying us in writing.
Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of children in our care, Wonder Minds Preschool shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages except where caused by our negligence. Parents are encouraged to maintain appropriate insurance coverage.
Termination
Either party may terminate enrollment with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to terminate enrollment immediately if:
- Fees remain unpaid
- Parents fail to comply with our policies
- A child's behavior poses a risk to others
- There is a breakdown in the parent-school relationship
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
